The controller of personal data processed following the consultation of our website, related to identified or identifiable persons, is Manucor L.t.d. with registered office in 32, Ludovico Ariosto Street – Milan and secondary office (plant and offices) in S.C. Place, purposes and communication of data

The processing activities related to the web services of this website take place at the abovementioned Company office and Manucor L.t.d. employees and collaborators, in charge of the processing, look after them. The data derived from the Site might be communicated to the persons who deal with the site management, to technological and instrumental partners that the Controller uses to supply the services required by the users, as well as to the persons whose authority to access the data is recognized by provisions of law and/or by secondary legislation. Navigation data

During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures that control the website functioning acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.

Methods of data processing and storage and legal basis

The data will be stored only for the time necessary to reach the aim for which they were gathered, except for different requirements arising from legal obligations. Afterwards the data will be deleted.

The processed personal data will be kept in such a way as to minimize, through the adoption of suitable and preventive safety measures, the risks of destruction or loss, even accidental, of the same data, unauthorized access or unpermitted processing or not in accordance with the purposes of the data collection.

The legal basis of the processing of personal data is the supply of a service or the reply to a request in favour of the person concerned.


People concerned rights

In relation to the processing of personal data the person concerned may contact the Controller by writing to the email address: to assert his rights as provided by the Regulation: in particular he may require the access, the correction, the updating, the ban, the revocation of his consent pursuant to the enforceable rules, the processing restriction, the data portability and their deletion.
