Since March 16th, Manucor’s IT department has enabled 40 employees to work from home, thus ensuring full business continuity and social distancing.
The smart workers were equipped with a laptop or a fixed PC, complete with monitors and input devices equipped with an antivirus and a secure connection. This solution allows employees to access the corporate network and all IT systems (SAP, Helpdesk IT, production systems), so as to allow them to carry out their work in complete safety and from their home.

All users also have available on their PC a series of programs and applications through which they can organize meetings and team work spaces. From 18th March, Manucor IT manages an IT support line from 06:00 to 18:00, open all day, to respond promptly to employee requests.
